Sandgo Wholesale Terms (The Friendly-but-Important Bits)

Welcome to the Sandgo side of life! We keep things fresh, fluffy and easy — but here are the few house rules that keep our Sandos tasting top-tier and arriving on time.

⏰ 48 Hours Notice (Because Freshness Takes Time)

All wholesale orders need 48 hours’ notice.

Our chefs chop, mix, marinate, fluff and fold everything fresh — so we need a little heads-up to bring the magic.

💳 Payment on Order (Not on Delivery)

We keep things simple: payment is due when you place your order.

No credit terms, no chasing, no awkward “who’s paying?” moments at 6am.

🚚 Delivery Details

  • We deliver 7 days a week

  • First drop-offs start from 6am

  • Delivery fee: £10

    Perfect for cafés, offices, venues and anywhere hungry people exist.

💼 Minimum Order

Our Sandos travel in packs: £70 minimum order for wholesale.

No ‘No Sale – Return’

Once the Sandos arrive safely, they’re officially yours.

We don’t offer “no sale – return” — mostly because the Sandos are so good, we doubt you’ll need it.

🥪 Freshness & Shelf Life

We’re serious about freshness, even if we’re not serious about anything else:

  • All Sandos come with a 2-day shelf life

  • All ingredients are prepared fresh by our chefs

  • Our Shokupan is baked daily with zero preservatives (that’s why it tastes cloud-like and wonderful)

Handle them with care, keep them chilled, and they’ll stay as delicious as intended.
